Fattoush is a Lebanese bread salad prepared with fried pieces of flat bread. Perfect as a starter!
Fattoush is a colourful mixed salad which can be eaten in spring and summer.
But I almost forgot one thing: what would a salad be without the special crunch? Crispy fried flatbread is what we need. You just break it into pieces and scatter it over the salad. Or you can take the tomatoes out of the salad and place them on top of the crispy flatbread splinters. How you enjoy the salad is your decision.
